We provide bed linen and bathroom towels.

Plus £50 payable for cleaning/changeover to include linen and bathroom towels.
(Not beach towels).

The villa can sleep a maximum of 6 people.

A charge of £50 per person per week will be charged for 5th and 6th person. (On sofa bed in front room).

Please vacate the villa by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless by prior arrangement.
Arrivals from 2.00pm.
A 50% deposit is payable on booking. The remainder to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable security deposit of £100 to be paid on final balance.
The deposit will be returned to you in full (assuming there are no breakages etc!) within
10 days of your return home.
